1. About CcampusPrep

CcampusPrep (ccampusprep.com) is an online exam preparation platform helping students prepare for Cameroonian university entrance examinations. We provide past exam questions, practice quizzes, and study resources organized by faculty and program.

By using CcampusPrep, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

To use CcampusPrep you must:

• Be a student preparing for university entrance examinations in Cameroon.
• Provide accurate registration details: valid email address, and phone number.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any unauthorized access immediately to ccampusprep@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

3. Free Access & Subscriptions

Free access: All registered users can answer the first 5 questions of any quiz at no cost. No payment is required to create an account or browse programs.

Full access subscription: Unlock all questions for your chosen program for 3 months of unlimited access.

Payment is processed via MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money through our payment partner Campay. By initiating a payment, you authorize the charge to your mobile money account.

Refund policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated due to the digital nature of our content. Contact us within 48 hours for payment technical issues at ccampusprep@gmail.com.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must subscribe again when your period expires.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CcampusPrep for lawful personal study only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any quiz content without written permission.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or scrape the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its databases.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Disrupt or interfere with the platform's functionality.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content including design, code, logo, and explanations is the property of CcampusPrep. Past examination questions are sourced from publicly available university materials for educational purposes only. You receive a limited personal-use license — no right to resell or distribute content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CcampusPrep is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service.
• That past questions will appear verbatim in future examinations.
• Specific academic results or examination success.
• Complete accuracy of all questions and answers.

CcampusPrep is a supplementary study tool and does not replace formal academic instruction.

7. Privacy Policy

Information we collect: full name, email address, phone number, city, quiz scores, subscription history.

How we use it: to provide the service, process payments, send account-related emails, and prevent abuse.

We share data only with Campay (payment processing),and Hostinger (web hosting). We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data retention: Your data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing ccampusprep@gmail.com.

Security: We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and rate limiting. No online platform can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies: We use session cookies only to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of CcampusPrep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes arising from the use of CcampusPrep shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cameroon.
